A better website. Less busywork.
Websites, internal systems, AI agents and integrations for small and medium businesses, and fixes that take a day. Fixed price, something usable every week, and you own the solution.

What I build
Four kinds of work, and one for when you don't know yet what's needed.
Websites
A fast site in Icelandic and English that you update yourself.
You own the code, the design and the domain.
2–4 weeksfrom ISK 199,900
Systems
The spreadsheet that got too big, turned into a proper system with roles and permissions.
You own the code, the data and the hosting.
4–8 weeksfrom ISK 399,900
AI agents
Handles repetitive work, like invoices and enquiries, and asks you when it isn't sure.
You own the code, the prompts and the evals.
2–6 weeksfrom ISK 299,900
Integrations
Systems that didn't talk now pass data to the right place on their own.
You own the code and the documentation.
1–3 weeksfrom ISK 249,900
Not sure yet
Something is slow or annoying but you can't quite say what. We start with a week of mapping: who does what and where the time goes.
You own the map, even if someone else builds it.

These prices are a guide, not a rate card. Every job gets a fixed price before I start, and there's always room to negotiate: a smaller scope, the work in stages, or payments spread out.
All prices excl. VAT. After handover I can host and maintain it for ISK 30,000 a month if you want. That's optional.
Nothing is too small.
If it solves a problem, it's worth building. Some of the best jobs take a day or two. For example:
- A reminder that goes out by itself when an invoice is overdue.
- A form on your site that lands straight in the sheet you already use.
- The week's summary in your inbox on Monday morning, without anyone putting it together.
Small jobs get a fixed price too, in proportion to their size.

Code, accounts and documentation in your name. Nothing locked in with me.
Tell me what slows you down.
A sentence or two is enough. I reply within one working day and tell you which route I'd take, or whether someone else would suit you better.
